Green is a 2D animated film that I directed for my SCAD animation capstone project.
The concept for Green was an idea that I developed my sophomore year at SCAD for my first storyboarding project. The original idea was entitled Blue v. Yellow and was about two rival factories, Blue Factory and Yellow Factory, that existed within pain tubes.
Through the following two years, the initial concept of Blue v. Yellow evolved into my senior pitch, Green. The overall story has largely remained the same: the two rival factories led by their factory supervisors must team up together to make the color green.

Oil Paint Development
Stylistically, whenever the camera is really close on one of the characters while they're in the " outside world" they are rendered in oil paint. This further differentiates the "paint tube" world from the "outside" world.
